現在、祈りの力が科学や医学の分野でも認知され始めています。
一人ひとりが持つ祈りの力を、みんなで一緒にやったら、どうなるの？
このプロジェクトは、そんなワクワクの心からうまれました。
プレとはハワイ語で祈りのこと。
チーム・プレ・プロジェクトは、現地時間の夜１１時１１分に、毎晩、
愛と感謝の祈りをささげようという、祈りのフラッシュモブ・ムーブメントです。

Ｑ１　いつ、どんなふうにやるの？

Ａ　毎晩、夜１１時１１分に行います。
　　「祈り」は一分でも一瞬でも構いません。
　　ただ、思うだけ、イメージするだけでもＯＫ。
　　どこにいても、何をしていてもＯＫ。
　　祈る対象は、人でもモノでもコトでもなんでもＯＫ。
　　最後は、地球を愛で包むイメージをして終わりましょう。

Ｑ２　寝ながらやってもいいの？

Ａ　もちろんＯＫです。
　　むしろ、健康上にも脳波的にも、そのほうがおススメです。
　　それより前におやすみされる方は、寝る前に祈って、
　　１１時１１分になったら「自動スイッチオン！」といって寝ましょう。　

Ｑ３　毎日やらなくてはいけないの？

Ａ　いいえ、その必要はありません。やれるときだけでＯＫ。
　　特別な日（夏至や冬至、３１１や９１１の時など）だけでもＯＫ．
　　無理のない範囲で、ゆるーくながーく続けることが望みです。

Ｑ４　これは何かの宗教ですか？

Ａ　いいえ、一切、関係ありません。
　　また、いかなる信条、思想、宗教があろうとなかろうと、
　　自由に、自主的に祈るというスタンスです。

Ｑ５　このプロジェクトにおけるリーダーは誰ですか？

Ａ　特にリーダーはいません。
　　一人ひとりがリーダーであり、人類代表であるという気持ちで祈りましょう。

Ｑ６　このプロジェクトの意図は何ですか？

Ａ　大きく分けて三つあります。
　　１．誰もが、愛し愛され、自由と豊かさの世界を生きる。
　　２．すべての存在物と調和し、共存共栄しながら、生成発展する。
　　３. 私達は皆、母なる地球に抱かれた、一つの大きな家族であることを知る。

~ Flash Mob Movement of prayer ~

Now, power of prayer is starting to be recognized in science and the medical field.
What happens if we pray together with the power of prayer?
This project was born out of the excitement of this thought.

PULE means prayer in Hawaiian language.
Team Pule Project is a flash mob movement that at 11:11pm of local time,
The energy of love and gratitude will flow every night.


Q1 : When and How to pray?

A : 11:11PM every night.
It is OK to pray for just 1 minute or 1 second.
It is OK to just think or just imagine.
It is OK even if wherever you are and whatever you are doing.
It is OK if the object to pray for is a thing or a person and a anything at all.
After finished, please imaging to surrounded the earth with love.

Q2 : May I pray lying down ?

A : Of course, you may.
Lying down is even better for health and beneficial for the brain waves.
If the person goes to bed before 11:11pm , please you say with
“It is prayed automatically at 11：11 pm.”, and let’s sleep.

It is OK to pray just on a special day (summer Solstice, winter solstice, for 311,911…etc )
Please continue to do this in whatever is comfortable for you.
Q3 : Do I have to pray everyday?

A : No, it is not necessary. It is OK to do it when you can.

Q4 : Is this some kind of religion?

A : No, not at all.
In addition, you can pray without any concern for creed, thought or religion.

Q5 : Who is the leader of this project?

A : There is no leader in particular.

Q5 : What is the intention of this project?

A : There are many reasons, but there are three main reasons.
Everyone loves and is loved and therefore lives in freedom and abundance.
To realize that we coexist in peace and prosperity in harmony with all beings.
All of us know that this is one big family embraced by mother earth.
